He has worked in both international and domestic investment banks and Finnish corporate finance boutiques. In addition, Sami brought to Finland the Norwegian bond trustee model, which was implement in 2017 as part of the Finnish financial legislation.
Sami has written three books on negotiations, financial markets and applying economics. He lectures publicly on topics involving negotiations, financial markets and technological change.
